Can I book meeting rooms?
Yes. Office tenants get 4 free meeting room hours every month. Any hours after that are 20% off. The Pod is a boardroom for 4, and bigger rooms fit whole teams.
Can I get into my office outside opening hours?
The building is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. There's a late stay on Thursdays until 8:30pm. You can't get in outside those hours.
Do you offer phone systems?
Yes. We can set up a VoIP phone system on your mobiles and laptops. It costs extra each month. It runs over the internet, so your business number goes wherever you go.
Do you take deliveries?
Yes. Our hosts take in deliveries for office tenants and let you know when they've arrived.
Is there parking?
Yes. The Maggie O'Neill Centre has a free 50-space car park on site. It's 30 seconds from the M57, and on a main bus route.
Do you offer hot desking?
No. The Maggie O'Neill Centre no longer has hot desks or coworking. Only need a room now and then? The Pod is £20 an hour. A virtual office gives you a business address without an office.
