What is in the firm plan, and what does it cost?
£50 a month for your firm, plus a price for each client. The more clients you add, the less each one costs. One bill, one login. No VAT is added. The centre is a charity and is not VAT registered. So the price you see is the price you pay. No lock-in. Cancel any time with one month's notice.

Add your clientsWho pays for forwarding and other post requests?
Forwarding (a flat £5 plus postage) and any other post requests are billed to your firm, not your client. Tell us what to do with each item, like forwarding it or having it collected, so it doesn't sit in storage and pick up storage fees. You rebill your clients however you like.
What if a client wants meeting rooms and coffee too?
Then refer them to us direct. They sign up and pay us themselves, with 20% off any plan for as long as they stay. They get everything a full-price client gets, like the free meeting room hours on the Virtual Office plan and coffee when they call in. You still see their post under your one login.
We don't pay referral fees, because accountants have to tell their clients about any commission. So the saving goes straight to your client. There's nothing to declare, and your advice stays clean.

Our own team handles the post and keeps it securely stored. Clients can collect it from reception, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. We also run the AML checks the law asks for with a registered address. So that's off your plate too.

Questions from accountants
How much is the firm plan?
It's £50 a month for your firm, plus a price for each client. The client price is tiered, so the more clients you add, the less each one costs. 1 to 5 clients: £20 each a month. 6 to 10 clients: £15 each a month. 11 to 25 clients: £12 each a month. 26 or more clients: £11 each a month. Every client is charged at the rate for your total. So 10 clients cost £150 a month, and 25 clients cost £300, plus the £50 firm fee. There's no VAT to add. The centre is a charity and isn't VAT registered. No lock-in. Cancel any time with one month's notice.
What does each client get?
The full plan with Director's Cover. That's a registered office and business address, a director's service address, and post opened and scanned. Free meeting room hours and coffee aren't included. If a client wants those, they can come to us direct as your referral, with 20% off.
Who pays, and can I charge my clients?
Your firm pays us one monthly bill. What you charge your clients is up to you. Some firms include it in their fees. Others charge it on.
Who pays for forwarding and other post requests?

Is there a minimum number of clients?
No. Start with a few and add more whenever you like. The more clients you add, the lower the price for every one of them, and the firm fee is shared across more clients.
Do you pay accountants a referral fee?
No. Accountants have to tell their clients about any commission. So we don't pay a referral fee. On the firm plan, your firm is our customer, so there's no commission at all. If a client wants the extras, like meeting rooms and coffee, refer them to us direct and they get 20% off.
How long does the discount last?
For referred clients, the 20% off lasts for as long as they stay with the Maggie O'Neill Centre. It isn't an introductory offer.
If I refer clients instead, what do they pay?
With 20% off, the Address Only plan is £16 a month, not £20. The Virtual Office plan is £32, not £40. Director's Cover is £8 a month, not £10. So a plan with cover comes to £24, not £30. Or £40, not £50. Call answering is 10% off, at £35.10 a month, not £39. No lock-in. Cancel any time with one month's notice.
How do I see my clients' post?
Through PilotoMail. It's the mailbox app our virtual office clients use. We add your email to the mailbox of each of your clients. So you log in once and choose which client's post to see.
Do my clients still see their own post?
Yes. Each client keeps their own access to their mailbox. Your login sits alongside theirs.
Who does the AML checks?
We do. By law, anyone who offers a registered address must check their clients. These are anti-money laundering (AML) checks. So we send each client a secure AML form after they sign up.
Can my clients use the address with Companies House?
Yes. Every plan includes a registered address at 433 Liverpool Road, Huyton, Liverpool, L36 8HT. Director's Cover adds a director's service address. Then their home comes off the register in both places.
Referring a client?
Your client can fill this in themselves. Ask them to put your name or practice in the form. Then we can give them 20% off and add your email to their mailbox. On the firm plan, use the partner form above instead.
