Why did Amore bring all its training into one venue?
When training is spread across lots of venues, staff travel somewhere different each time. Trainers have to learn a new room each time. And there are more bookings to manage. So Amore chose to bring all of its training into one central venue.
It chose the Maggie O'Neill Centre for two reasons. It has good transport links, and it's central for all of its staff. The Maggie O'Neill Centre is 30 seconds from the M57, on a main bus route. There's a free 50-space car park on site.
What does weekly training look like here?
- Amore's trainers arrive to a room that's already set for the day.
- Hosts are on site all day. Self-serve tea and coffee is in the room.
- We keep notes on each room, so a regular booking is set the same way every time.
- Staff park for free or come by bus. Getting to training is never the hard part.
